Brussel Sprouts: I tried them in a salad and fell in love with them instantly. Now they're included in every roast. They have to be fresh, because the frozen ones can just be mushy. And those little, crispy, flavorful leaves that fall off are just 🤌🏾
Tomatoes: I won't just bite into one, but I've been making them more prominent in my dishes. I mostly stick to the sundried variety, haven't been able to eat them raw.
Mushrooms: I love them so much I don't understand why I hated them.
Some Cheese: I general, I still would say I don't like cheese, but I've become more forgiving of mozerella, which was unheard of when I was a child. It's the only cheese that broke through.
I was watching a school pet named Peanut. I honestly don't know what I did, but I must have scared him or something because I opened up the cave, went to give him a pet, and he bit the shit out of my hand. His teeth actually put a nice bloody gash because I had to wiggle my hand to get him off with cause his teeth to drag. My hand was gushing blood. Would have never thought a Guinea pig could do that.
I had to beg my mom not to make me get rid of Peanut for my week. I never told the school/teacher what happened because I didn't want to get in trouble. That was the last time my mom let me watch Peanut.
Had a friend in high school who was an out lesbian, very independent. Was the first person I knew married at, like, 24 or so to some guy she met online.
Had a terrible bully who got bone cancer. She still alive, but she calmed down considerably. I remember they were asking people at school to get blood tested as they were having difficulty finding a marrow match, and most of us were like "👀."
I could get rid of a lot of "extra" cords. I can just keep one usb c and charge my phone, my mouse, and headphones with one cord. Shoot, I can even charge my controllers now too. I like that they're becoming like outlets. Like, this is just how you get power to the device(S). Without searching for the "right" cord all the time.
It was really hard seeing the all the Trump signs, but I truly believed we wouldn't make the same mistake twice.

It's less of a "How" and more of a "when." If someone makes a posts or asks a question about something you're passionate about, you can find yourself making such a post. It's the written equivalent of "rambling." People making those posts usually aren't starting the with the intention of making a wall of text, it just turns out everything they wanted to say takes that shape.
I made an AI song for my mom's birthday on Suno and she loved it so much she cried. So that was nice.
I don't like how people are using it to just replace artists. It would be find if it's just to automate some things, like, "AI can tell you when ___ needs to be replaced," but it feels more like it's being used as a stick to workers. Like, "Keep acting up and I'll replace you with dun dun dunAI!"

I have a little spot out back. It's small, and at the base of a woodsy hill. My bird feeder is back there, a swing chair, some crap speaker from work and a little fan for when it's hot. I started going out there just to smoke, but now I really look forward to it. I even invested in furniture risers. I'm tall, but always wanted to have my feet swing again like I was a kid. Now I get to do that and be high. 👍🏾
