How about they just not take detailed pictures of residential streets? We know they can autoblurr licenses and faces; do the same to residential homes.
This isn't a failure with the law not being allowed to overstep and forcibly remove medical freedoms from its citizens. This is a failure of the state's (potentially country's) adult education system, that allows the adults to become so uneducated on the subject, that their ignorance has harmed and killed children. This is a failure on the society that built such a system, and allowed it to continue into modern times. This is not a failure of lacking government overreach, but a failure in society as a whole.

And, yes, that sometimes means holding each other up when the other can't stand on their own. Basically, just be kind. To use your example: not being there when I most need you (barring certain circumstances, of course), is a dealbreaker.
