(nootropics) Shilajit and Lions Mane. What are they like?

My Noopept and AlphaGPC came with Shilajit and Lion's Mane this time; neither of which I know much about. Anyone in to Nootropics? Anyone have any experience with either Shilajit or Lion's Mane?
