Lemonade Today

A follow-up to yesterday's post in which i made the oleo saccharum in preparation for today.

It turned out pretty well! A popular cold drink on a hot day. A few things I'd do different next time:

1. no limes. not bad, just distracting.
2. a sharp veggie peeler, or a sharp paring knife, or a microplane/ zester to extract the peel without getting the bitter pith.
3. a vacuum insulated vessel against the heat.
