Bowtie pasta and short rib cream sauce

I got some free short ribs ages ago and they have lived in my chest freezer since. Today they got added to some red wine, stock, a whole lot of onions and a bit of cream.

I regret adding cream. It lost a lot of flavor depth. Still tasty though.

Price per person $3.34 That assumes free short ribs and that you are going to drink the rest of the $3.96 bottle of wine.
