Would leaf Springs for my 2007 Toyota Tundra from RockAuto or General Spring be as good as the OEM parts the mechanic says he would get?

And should I spring (lol) for the "Heavy Duty" option? (This is a new mechanic, not the scam artist from my previous post. This cat is baller.)
