Going out of town for a few days next week. What are some good ways to keep my cat occupied and happy while I'm gone?

I’ve arranged for my neighbor to come in during the day to feed her, clean her box, and give her some play time. I have her daily schedule typed up and he’s coming over tomorrow to meet her and so I can walk him through her day. I have cameras set up in places I know she hangs out so I can check in on her. Aside from that, what else can I do or get for her to keep her from getting too bored or lonely?
