I'm attempting to find a pair of plain simple plastic cart wheels. 22cm outer diameter, 1cm axle diameter. I can't seem to find them either at Lowes or on eBay. Help locate a source I can order from?

These really do seem they should be easy to find and fairly cheap, but Lowes doesn't have any, and apparently eBay doesn't give a flying fuck if you literally declare the exact measurements..
