It's not that crazy someone would put up a fake wall on some backroad to catch out inattentive Tesla drivers. Doesn't even need to be nearly as big and elaborate as this one. Any painted object would accomplish the same.
But the point of the video is that optical cameras are easily deceived, and Elon is lying to his customers that LiDAR is overrated and not necessary.
I think that's being a bit unfair to Windows. Some of its keyboard shortcuts are stupid, but it does have them. When it doesn't, the problem is the application.
The vast, vast majority of people don't quit their job or their employer, but their boss and coworkers.
Don't underestimate how much healthy relationships at work matter when you spend so much of your time there. Yes, in tech jobs as well. So stick with IT if you like it, but don't stick around in a bad environment. Especially if you plan to have a family in X years, because then it gets a lot harder and riskier to jump ship and change your situation.
Agreed on the first point. But even in progressive circles I hardly ever actually see this kind of behavior. Rather we want it to be a thing because it's so satisfying to dunk on those ignorant and self-righteous morons.

The actual complaints I see about cultural appropriation online are mostly directed at corporations trying to sell ethnic stuff. But that's not as controversial.
