  • Very possibly so. I'm also not a huge believer in the sanctity of lore when you are adapting something to a different medium. IE, didnt miss Tom Bombadil in the Lord if the Rings movies so I'm pretty easy going as long as the adaptation is good in its own right.

    But seriously though, fuck Bran. Terrible character, just completely uninteresting and lame uncool from the word go. Gets Hodor killed, somehow through unexplained time travel causes Hodor's "hodor" problem. A girl takes him all the way through the frozen north just for him to say, bye now! Trash character. Ser Davos should have been King at the end.

    I never read the books but for my money I thought the last season was really good. It maybe didnt end the way I wanted it to but it wasnt a bad ending by any means.
