Recipes are nice (not your ad driven life story) but get 2 or 3 of the same dish and see how they differ. There’s so many ways to do one thing, and they all may be right but for YOU, you need to find what’s CORRECT for YOU.
Also grab some music or blast the TV, this is your time, to take your time, to time the food right, because this will feel right in the end.

Everything that was hyped and “everyone is doing it” since the late 90s….. just stopping all of that. Going to causal mode, not off grid, just going with the flow with the bare minimum.
Broadcast towers put out 1080p and satellite broadcasts 1080i. Filmmakers/streaming standard is 1080p. As a filmmaker (producer/ cinematographer) and broadcaster operator, you’re always encoding to scale down due to bandwidth and/or majority of the incapable most due to FCC rules/cost.
Working in entertainment and broadcasting, you learn barely half of Americans have a 4K tv and it’s under half worldwide. Marketing makes you think that “everyone is doing it”
