  • I can't believe I missed this!!! Bitty adventure !!! Unfortunately Pinto has been growing older, and has having trouble outside. He's turning 10, and my sister made the tough decision to keep him as an indoor only cat. Many times over the years we have tried to train him with the harness, but he outright hates it.

Hes been adapting well. My sister has bought a lot of bird feeders that attach to the windows to turn them into "cat tvs", and he loves watching them. She will also open the window (it has a screen) and pinto loves to smell the outside, especially after it has rained.

  • Awww thats so sad. I loved scooter. For some reason his face reminded me of my old boss. He is the perfect mix of cute, silly and slinky. He has great blue eyes. How long did you have him?

  • Realistically the military will eventually clear everything, I just have to survive the weeks it would probably take.

Id buy a bunch of shelf stable food, a wood burner, bunch of lumber for barricading, nails, portable batteries for keeping out phones charged, a big battery for the router (even when thr power is down, internet isnt), guns. A bunch of bottled water too. A bunch of hand sanitizer too to clean out hands constantly if needed

I think thats all I'd need to sit this out. I think the hardest part would be convincing family that theres gonna be a zombie Apocalypse

  • Me too, but it doesn't seem like he wants to cuddle anytime soon

  • Pinto says your welcome!

  • I think something like L brackets could work. They are pretty cheap, like $10 for 20x. Something around an inch or two long.

Screw these onto any loose corners, and repeat on the opossite side. Hopefully screws will work on cardboard

  • Hmmm, if you're deadset on keeping the tree you might need to get a professional. Cardboard construction is out of my scope LOL. I was gonna make mine out of 4x4s and plywood.

  • Hmm I'm not sure how to fix it then. I bet it would stiffen up a lot if it was screwed to the wall, even with just drywall anchors

  • Where scooter?

  • I keep thinking this is scooter

  • Does bitty like burritos? Pinto loves mashed potatos

  • If its the wood you might be able to sink a woodscrew into a post section. Drive it most of the way with a drill, and tighten the rest by hand. Make sure it goes in all the way so nobody gets their claws caught on it

  • In might not bother with sctaching post, since he never uses them. He much prefers cardboard scratchers or a beater carpet we let him tear apart.

  • The only infinite growth I could think of is just bitcoin and shit. Just dilute gambling.

  • Well, I'm a woodworker, so I'm sure I could bang something together. Just need to think about the upholstery and padding.

  • Zombii!

Fancy treehouse BTW. My sisters been thinking of commissioning one from me.

  • We are reaching the limits of an "infinite growth" mindset. You can't make money infinitely, which is why we are witness unprecedented amounts of shrinkflation, price gouging, and of course, enshitification. And housing prices.

  • YEAH CASPER PICS!!!!
