There's cheaper burgers, but I wouldn't really call them burgers with the cheap frozen patties and bread. It's definitely on the cheaper side though, as i've paid 14€ for a burger in the past.

If I recall correctly from his infowars Interview (or somewhere else around that time), he came to the conclusion that since he's a jew, he gets to decide if hitler was a good guy or not. It didn't make much sense and I don't recall why exactly he came to the conclusion that he as a good guy, but I think he said something like "There's only love, so he cant be a bad guy".
It's possible he thinks black americans are the real jews, that hitler was doing a good thing with killing imposters.
The AI gets trained by a point System. Good answers are lots of points. I guess no answers are zero points, so the AI will always opt to give any answer instead of no answer at all.
