  • Absolutely not.

I like classic anime and they don't really have a lot of Tenchi-related shows on there. They also do not have the 1997 Berserk classic, you still have to scrounge around on streaming sites for that. Crunchyroll can boast about having a lot of this and that, but they do not have everything.

  • I have a stance where I prefer to be minimally informed than misinformed. I will intake what little information I want before I am overstimulated from the poor state of journalism. I'm sorry but I have to be one of those headline readers and if it's very, very intriguing enough to want to read it, I will. But I really can't be bothered to read a lot of what's out there. I read the comments and reactions which arguably, has proven to be far more knowledgeable than the article in question.

  • Do they not realize who has the Senate and House? It'll be like the first term all over again, where Republican will kiss his ass to protect him.

  • You pricks wanted him too, because you donated to his campaigns. What's wrong? Is he TOO GOOD for you?

  • The pros and cons between either is entirely up to preference.

    Apartment

    Pros:

    • Not having to worry too much about maintenance, as there are teams of maintenance people to call to have them handle problems.
    • If you live small and do not see the point of a home, apartments are for you.
    • Designated parking lots or areas
    • Some places can be affordable
    • Some cool things can be offered like pools, some community related things .etc
    • You may have some leniency for when you're billed for rent/utilities

    The Depends:

    • Bad or Good landowners determine how well you're going to live in an apartment. There's really no strong pro or con because it can vary. You could live in an apartment atmosphere and the landowner doesn't give two shits about you or anyone else except themselves. But you could also live in an apartment atmosphere where the landowner does care about everyone.
    • Bad or Good Tenants can also be a dealbreaker. Good tenants are the ones who leave you the hell alone and actually do not try breaking the lease agreements, they're nice and can be approached without conflict. Bad tenants, everyone knows these types. Blasting music for all to hear, having barking/needy dogs that whine and whimper so you can hear them. Vandalizing the building or in general. Having maintenance tied up because they can't stop being a problem. Having to have police called multiple times.
    • Lease agreements can vary, some may make you feel like you're more restricted than usual, like I know my apartment management don't really like the idea of holes in walls, including ones made by pushpins. They sometimes will do random check arounds of the apartment. It really depends on the agreement.

    Cons:

    • Finding affordable apartments
    • Finding apartments that have accessibility, like places to go, jobs to work at .etc
    • Not enough tenant protections
    • Sometimes you don't really feel like you're at home
    • Options like finding different ISPs may be limited

    House

    Pros

    • You are entitled to do with as you wish, no neighbors except neighborhoods, you have your own rules
    • Your property applies to above
    • You build equity
    • Family expansion is far safer

    Cons

    • Good luck finding an affordable home
    • You are subjected to higher rates/bills for utilities
    • You are paying for EVERYTHING that happens either on the property or with the home
  • We're going to be in for quite a generational gap and it'll be noticeable.

    Generation Graduates and Generation "Uhhhhhhhhhh...."

  • Man I can only hope that if we even survive just one year of this lunacy, that we've smartened up by 2026 to get a majority of these clowns out. That's our honest and best chance right now.

  • I don't think so. Mods have a sensitivity crisis, they don't like it when people praise Luigi and feel CEOs should get theirs. Or that is considered "ADVOCATING VIOLENCE!!111" because I guess it's okay for CEOs to play god and fuck with everyone's lives on a regular basis but we can't cheer for them to get shot.

  • Filing appeals is a joke on Reddit. They just simply ignore all of them. I've been shadowbanned from Reddit now for almost a month and I've submitted maybe three appeals. They just get off on their righteous rhetoric who feel they can never do wrong. They probably get off on people begging to have their accounts restored. Spam-filtering my ass, it's working as intended as in, it makes their jobs easier to ignore you.

  • I can see r/publicfreakout being the next in a line of banned communities now.

  • You clearly didn't pay a single fraction of a thing that guy has done, obviously. He was more subtle with his crookedness.

  • This is the same guy who has been impeached twice.

  • Worked for George W Bush.

  • I'll continue watching ad-free as I please with my extensions, thank you. Until YouTube has the balls to shut down UBlock Origin and all ad-blockers, you can take your premium tier and shove it.

Oh a corporate advertising shill downvoted me. Aren't you cute? Don't you love being marketed to? Idiot.

  • Then it was cheered at, for some reason. Probably because the dumb thing was leaving their presence.

  • I'm tired of the people who are the ones that have taken tech to the direction it has gone in for a long while now. Making up problems that weren't ever there before that suddenly now need a stupid app or a feature to fix but adds in its own problems.

I'm tired of big tech deciding when we should upgrade because they deliberately create things that break, degrade and becomes obsolete far shorter than whatever should have.

I'm tired of unnecessary things like added fees for 'convenience'. I'm tired of things like fucking google flipping back accounts on me when I need to see a number to another account.

So much shit is that I'm tired about with tech. Tech is supposed to be exciting, easier, friendlier. Now it's just manipulated into a problem of its own, simply because of those who are behind it.

  • Yup, knew they were going to come for this. Should've fucking pushed to codify it, Obama! This is why codifying things is important! You codify something as LGBTQ rights, try as they might, no GOP piece of shit would be able to fuck with it. But because it wasn't codified, we've got this shit going on. And of course they'll win back their way which means we've got to get ANOTHER democrat in to fucking push it and make sure that fucker codifies it.

  • Yeah but who's? I have a bad feeling it won't be theirs, it'll probably be the vulnerable and the enemies of the MAGA.

The opposition to the MAGA cult can't just sleep for too long on letting them terrorize everyone's livelihoods since they've gotten the backing and enabling of their 'leader'. They won't sleep to upset everyone's lives.
