  • I used to carry 2 batteries. Though that's probably not a large market. But if made around that idea it could be done well.

Either having hibernation or some power source to keep the RAM powered during main battery swap (small supercapacitor, small regular Li-Ion battery, thin lithium ceramic battery, I don't know what's best), and a dock for battery charging.

    Kind of like LG G5.

Preferably, the battery would have integrated charger so you don't have to carry around a dock. Just what you do now, just with the spare battery replacing a power bank in more convenient way. Maybe it could come off with the charging port just like LG G5, but it would be built-in rather than being something you pop a different battery into.

  • There's Unihertz. They have some interesting devices, but unfortunately they aren't sold where I live. A lot of them are just screwed together.

Unihertz believes that there should be different types of smartphones for all kinds of people. That’s why we are committed to making unique smartphones. We hope people can have more diverse choices.

I can get it from resellers on places like Allegro, but I am really worried about returns or warranty. I have some specific requirements that I basically just need to try out, and then if necessary, return the device.

Last time I bought 3 candidates before making the final decision.

  • or those who worked for really rich people

Technically that includes students working at McDonald's or any supermarket.

  • I am fucking dumb. This took me a while...

  • Look at the bottom with server count. Likely something screwed up there, and when those instances were suddenly returned, the user count was added back before being subtracted when they disappeared from the data.

  • Depends on the people. There aren't any strict rules. Some people won't, some will. Some might even end up in bed right after. As long as everyone involved is comfortable with it, it's fine.

If you aren't comfortable with drinking on a first date, then don't. If like me you never drink alcohol, then don't.Also depends on the alcohol. Large difference between wine and vodka.

But I haven't ever dated either, so... Personally I can't imagine any date that involves any drinks and food. Coffee, I don't do that either. Tea? Down in one go. Water? Awkward, and also down in one go. Food? Can't focus on anything else, gotta finish first.

  • It is improving search result, with filters. Ads, tracking, data deletion possibility, in-app purchases, license, etc...

At least some of these are already tracked.

  • But I mean a user that isn't yet loaded (if it works like Lemmy communities or specific comments). For example @zssk_mimoriadne@mastodon.social isn't visible from fedia.io nor kbin.earth.

Unless mastodon.social is defederated from both. I can't try Melroy without logging in.

For example, new communities can be loaded with community@instance in the search menu, and comments by searching original instance URL (on Lemmy).

  • By the way, piefed.blahaj.zone is a thing.

  • I hear Pixelfed is making the rounds.

I think you meant Piefed. Pixelfed exists too, but that is more Instagram-style. Piefed feels pretty similar to Lemmy, just written in Python.

I personally like how Mbin integrates with Mastodon. Or at least the idea. I can't figure out how to search up a specific Mastodon user.

  • Dumbass.

I am entitled to infinite wishes.

    Shit, I argued with you.

  • Yup.
