Really, even with all the deeply cringy Bashir and Ferengi stuff? That alone made DS9 much harder to get into for me, and then the continued weak writing and wooden acting once the show 'found it's feet' wasn't particularly inspiring either. Even the best episodes of DS9, which imo is arguably the best of the Treks, pale in comparison to the weak episodes of B5.
Considering it was all to start a fake war for oil, yeah I'm on team 9/11 was hella suspicious.
Maybe in 30 years, if climate collapse and resource depletion haven't by some miracle ended us all, the cia might release the files on what actually happened. I doubt it though.
Considering every month now breaks heat records, and every week has new reports stating "faster than expected", it's pretty obvious all the actual warnings of what's to come have been (and will continue to be) written off as fearmongering and thoroughly ignored.
The skull feeds off hope. It needs you to feel like it's not holding all the cards and pulling all the strings, like there's a chance for you and your offspring to have a better life.
When you stop hoping, you stop wanting to feed the skull.
Missing back leg or weird angle?
