  • To be fair, the first season itself premiered about 2 weeks after the attack. Given the time needed to write and produce, the entirety of season 3's Xindi arc became the all too blatant allegory. There are still plenty of instances of Archer and co. committing their share of war crimes and atrocities "in the name of" and so forth.

    Side note, the Tenacious D album debuted Sept. 25th that year and thus became the anthem that helped us all get through some shit.
