  • I don't believe the democrats have enough of a spine to do that. I would expect them to instead say, "Oh, well he can't be president again, so no point in that when it can cost us our real constituents, the corporations that bribe us to do nothing."

  • which i absolutely believe. when i see dealerships selling oddly colored cars they tend to have a 5k discount. my friend got a equinox that was a but strangely colored for less, and in my area a kona had a 5k discount for being hi-vis green. plus i imagine anyone wanting a specific color would just go to a shop for it.

  • Oh absolutely. The reason i preferred Windows over Mac when I was younger was being able to use what I want (in a general sense). If they did that, I'd immediately have jumped to Linux. And even though it didn't happen, it just delayed the inevitable, as I'm migrating every piece of tech I own away from the Big Guystm.

  • I accept that I am a hypocrite when I get mad at slow drivers ahead of me. But I do drive according to driving laws, since that's the best way to get money in an accident. My internal views don't matter in court, but the law sure does.

  • I absolutely share the thoughts and agree with the sentiment. However, technically, "supposably" is a real part of the English language that has uses. But yes they villainize the entire Democrat base, and they use it as fuel. I wish there were more GOP town halls to watch constituents clown on their representatives, but they're too scared.

  • Out of curiosity, I read one of their scientific studies on the website. The first one I read was a literature review (no tests were actually done) that said "one study says the supplement does nothing and another two sources say the study was done wrong so it could maybe be beneficial???" Wow. Such strong evidence.

  • This is something that gets examined pretty well in Your Inner Fish, particularly in the chapter named Your Inner Shark. It analyzes how the embryo develops and how the embryos are very similar to start.

  • I know it's technically a usable defense, but how often is the Act of God defense actually ruled? From what I understand, it rarely works, and you'd have a better chance with any other defense. Has it been successfully used recently?
