  • Your comment is great, equally snarky and informative. I appreciate it and got a couple giggles out of it, too!

Thanks for taking the time for both of your comments. I've saved them for the future as I can no longer drink dairy and not a fan of how much sugar some of the commercial oat milks have

  • How does satisfactory do it? I haven't checked out that one's Arachnophobia mode. A game I played replaced spiders and other "creepy" mobs with generic blobs

I was watching some video of some game (so specific, I know..) where the Arachnophobia mode replaced the mobs with GIANT pictures of a cat face that ended up being a bit terrifying in of itself

  • It kinda has a story that you're dropped in the middle of that's revealed as the show goes on

  • That was great! Thanks, I've never heard that before

  • I'm very sorry I didn't think of this context. I wasn't being daft intentionally, it just didn't occur to me when I was trying to figure out the situation

I can understand now. Thank you for sharing and gently explaining the situation

(I'm also very, very sorry to have implied your mother had cheated in that scenario. I did not mean to cast shade on her character)

  • Thank you; I'm sorry I missed that broader context. I try to think critically about what I read and sometimes I struggle with widening my scope of thinking

  • That would indicate your mom cheated as well? Not sure exactly what your dad cheating has to do with your DNA. Wouldn't it be better to find out he wasn't your dad if he was so shitty?

  • I love guinea pigs. They are absolutely chill; capybaras and guinea pigs seem to be the same animal sized in xs and xl

I had one I used to hold in my arm like a football or a baby. His head would be in the crook of my arm and I'd hold his butt in my hand and he'd drape his back legs over my arm. He would stay like that for hours he was so content

I don't have any pictures of him handy, but he was adorable. Calico colored with short hair up front and long hair in back. And he was a big boi! He wasn't fat, just grew very large

  • vitamin water (sugar free, plz) + vodka

  • Thanks for these alternate links. I found bash forever ago and I'm pretty sure that's what lead me into irc and Linux

My heart dropped a little months ago when it went down. At one point I'd made it through the entirety of bash.org it was fun sorting by random again. Got a little nostalgia hit again

  • A part of me actually wished that the Onion would have purchased InfoWars, but in secret, like maybe under a subsidiary corp that has a right-wing sounding name.

"Today we celebrate a new addition to the Global Tetrahedron LLC family of brands. "

    don't change Infowars' branding

"Founded in 1999 ... InfoWars has distinguished itself as an invaluable tool for brainwashing and controlling the masses.

    ...

InfoWars has shown an unswerving commitment to manufacturing anger and radicalizing the most vulnerable members of society—values that resonate deeply with all of us at Global Tetrahedron.

No price would be too high for such a cornucopia of malleable assets and minds. ... a steep bargain: less than one trillion dollars."

I'm absolutely not disagreeing with you; I believe the onion will continue on doing "its thing" and keeping on-brand for both entities. Do exactly what you say and publish articles either believable or outlandish enough to break through to people

  • Who's a pedophile?

  • I love everything about this, thanks for sharing a good laugh. I'll have to check out their other work 👍

  • Helen Keller possibly?

  • I love this meme and usually snortle every time I see it, but the text on this one has me full on giggling. Thanks for cheering me up 🥰

  • I love the mosses you have! And that looks like such a refreshing dip
