I think it's important to parse country music. There's Nashville country music and then there's county music. Actual country music is great. Nashville country music is not.
You gotta be taking some psychedelics and want to dance, I'm not into it either. But I have plenty of friends who are and it makes them happy to have a show that lasts for long sets and they can get their freak on
Warning signs for sure. I'm with Meryl Streep here, so many Anne Hathaway's offering you a job and you can't personalize a thank you for the opportunity? I'd probably drop what I do and be her personal assistant. Because that would probably be pretty awesome.
I just use bar soap. French brands feel the best. Try to keep it under 5 minutes. Wash your ass first and last. In between trying to make sure to get some soap over the rest of my body. Get my arm pits a couple times and then my face. Rinse and usually was my ass one more time and when the soap is off I'm done. Sometimes I like the water flowing on me but usually I just get in and out. You only need to wash your hair once in a while unless you got scalp problems or use a lot of hair style products. Just rinse it and let it dry on its own. Let it be free.
They are not just "click and go". They require a dedicated effort. AND when you're done, using them requires a specific command. So in short, it's not pacman and it's not Arch, the AUR is a special choice
Arch and AUR are not really the same. To be fair AUR is the fanfiction version that fits inside the story. But you have to purposely work to use it. So it's not Arch that was compromised.
YouTube and Hulu were basically all starting about the same time. But RealPlayer was the first big one.
Netflix just had the layout that everyone uses now. The Cable networks had streaming services, just not on demand. YouTube and Hulu also pioneered the on demand layout. YouTube focused on personal experiences so maybe that's why you're forgetting them
Regardless of what you think about it, it's good to know what it means because it's like the financial thermometer of the US and what moves the world in a lot of ways
I live in Washington State, which is a similar size to Ireland. I live on the east side of the state in the second most populated city. Similar to Cork. It has much of the same dynamic. Dublin being like Seattle to us. Everyone loves to complain about the biggest city am I right? So anyways we have one Federal Represenitive for our side of the state and it was usually a liberal and at one point one of the most powerful in Congress (Tom Folley) but since then the Republicans have dominated the slot. Thing is that our area is mostly farm land.
I understand what you are getting at but the reality is that the farmers are not voting in their best interst most of the time. Identity politics are more import to them then the politics of supporting rural farm life. They would rather vote for the person that paints urban voters as haters and gay and baby killers then vote for the liberal that wants to support their school systems and make the environment healthy by controlling the pollution or overuse of the land. Its maddness and frustrating and I see it in real time because I am engaged with it both in personal life and my job.
Johnny Cash for sure but a modern example is Sera Cahoone. Give her Couch Song a listen.
Another great is Lucero. Fucking amazing country rock! The album Nobody's Darlings is one of my absolute favorites.
Neko Case is always amazing.
