I use torguard, I port forward for soulseek. they setup exactly as you want, you just fill out the request. Been with them 7+ years. I share 0.5 to 1.0 Tb/day on soulseek/torrents. Upload speeds are capped at 5MB/user, 5 uploads at a time on soulseek. 30MB upload cap on utorrent, bound to VPN IP.

That's awesome, but what issues did they have with dell? They're pretty easy to disassemble and repair if you don't buy the cheap consumer shit, get latitudes. But I'm all for straying away for framework.
My kid and I recently got Split Fiction and love it. It's so simple, but can be tricky in parts. Not hard enough to rage quit, each area is just long enough and interesting enough to keep you engaged. 6.5 hours straight the first night, streams to TV very well, controls are awesome and fluid. We're loving it, haven't finished yet. Looking at A Way Out next.
Over some basic shit too. Don't return your cart and just abandon it in a parking space? Shows your disregard for basic decency. 1 warning, then straight to death.
