  • They tried really hard to sell the ending as something for-religion as opposed to it being about aliens. Maybe just my interpretation but that ruined it for me. I won't say only DS9 did this because the original show also acknowledged "god" but I attributed that to at least for being in its time. DS9 had no excuse and should not have entertained it.

  • I feel really guilty and to avoid feeling worse by making eye contact, I just ignore them. The first time I encountered somebody homeless after being on my own, I felt like a huge asshole because all I could say was sorry while walking by them with grocery's. I didn't have cash on me at the time. Ever since then, I've just always ignored them. I'm what they call a hypocrite. Sucks

  • Fair - but you get what I mean? Society, and I feel like you see this in TV/movies a lot, but they put some kind of halo on "being a parent". It's significant for sure, but it's a huge responsibility. Out of all the things people could be doing, I just don't get it. It can be rewarding I'm sure, but in these times, I don't get it. Idk I just see it a irresponsible with how everything is rn. Just my take...
