I live in suburbia and the cannabis stores cater, in part, to suburban moms. They are clean, well lit, and the staff are very approachable. It's fascinating to see.

This is insane. We have a housing shortage already and I suspect we'll see AI impact hiring in the next decade. Couple those with the fact that, despite Trump's best effort, there are still people willing to move here, and we don't need to encourage birthrates. We need education, housing and immigration policies grounded in reality and positioning the US for the next 100 years.
