Remember that taxes and spending are bad unless it's for the police or the military. If it can be used to oppress minorities, then it's ok. If it can be used to uplift minorities (i.e. education, food and medical assistance), then it is bad.
It really is amazing to see these former Fox people that Trump picked up be completely and utterly stuck in Fox mode. Not really. The Constitution says that the SCOTUS exists but other than that, Congress can manage it. There have been MANY more than 9 justices in the past, and there have been many less. In each case, Congress passed a law setting that number.
