Proud owner of Miez (born 2013)

and previous owner of Koda and Lilly (2013&2021)

M&K ended up fighting all the time. I then took in L as a new playmate for Koda. Luckily K&L found a new home with friends

  • Miez only gets to go outside every third night following her latest health problems (from eating too much grass). She gets to occupy my lazy boy in return.

  • This part is directly translated: Gesundheitsproblem = health problem. I was referring to my previous post about Miez feeling pretty bad about getting some grass stuck in her throat as well as her ongoing bad digestion caused by the sheer amount of grass she is eating, which has way improved following my restrictions on her outside time.

    TBH I'm pretty sick of her flatulances and diarrhea all because she won't stop eating grass. And I don't mean just a bit here and there. She just eats a whole bunch wherever she is. I tried training her to only feed on the soft stuff, but to no avail.

  • Well there are adapter cables USB-C to 3.5mm. On my previous phone in my car I used a splitting cable to power it while using the 3.5mm as input to the car radio. However on my new phone Samsung decided to not support it anymore -.-

  • Fun fact: It was a really a custom build by exact specifications. My friend even sent me a FreeCAD model beforehand to ensure it fit their room perfectly. So I had much to go on, but still was learning tons about how to make it into reality.

    Miez has gotten quite good at rodent control, and she is neat about it, too. Unfortunately she still prefers chicken cat food over mouse.

    Miez is slowly getting used to being around children. It just took her about 18 months of living next to a kindergarden

    Small update: Miez's favourite tree is now blooming. She went straight past the garden until she realized it, then went back through the hedge even to reach the tree.

    This neighbourhood cat is afraid of my Miez although she is twice her size, so she is careful to check if the coast is clear before snooping around my garden.
