It's killing me I'll be moved out of this house in a couple weeks and have to leave my friends Klaatu and Chauncy in the ground here.
I'm overprotective of my cats even in passing. A couple years ago a local utility company was moving their lines and someone was showing me where they would be trenching through my yard.
"I've got a cat buried right here"
He chuckled like I was making a joke.
"No, I'm serious. If that gets desecrated; It will be a bad day for everyone involved."
They steered clear. (Sorry, I'm just sad rambling now).
Just from personal observation it seems like it's always too little, too late. I never seem to hear or see anything about third parties until right before an election, where they seemingly step out of the bushes and go "Hey, what about me?".
Ok.. But that's not what we are talking about is it? You said the statement 'and promptly proclaims she can't name a single policy decision she would have made differently than Biden.' was "Literally not true". But it literally is.
I don't have the time nor the want to unpack the rest of this clusterfuck campaign.
Dude, lets be real. The only reason the DNC pushed Biden out of the way was because polling numbers said the incumbent advantage (and his policies) weren't going to be enough to win it for him. So Kamala comes out of the gate with a boost (because she's not Joe) and promptly proclaims she can't name a single policy decision she would have made differently than Biden. That's not winning undecided voters from either side.
Time and screen space are limited. When I take a poo break, I don't want to have to wade through a bunch of posts in a language I don't speak or about sports I care nothing about. But at the same time I am open to new communities that I might not have imagined even existed. So I just leave it on all and block the communities/instances I'm not interested in. It was a lot of work at first, but it's pretty nice now.
Here and there for nearly 30 years. They're my go-to for specific electronic components that I can trust not to be fakes. And when I was a poor college kid they were extremely generous with free product samples. Sometimes their shipping times suck, but that's really the only bad thing I have to say about them.
They are a gigantic company tho; This is probably an inventory screwup. Or some products are restricted where they can ship.
Anything that may help develop better adblockers/paywall bypasses or exposes how/what of our personal information is collected is a win in my book. And this may very well be none of those things.
