  • I legitimately use this line in one of my scripts because range.find returns an error of the value is not found. The use case is taking a 2d matrix saved as an array, with data collected from multiple excel tabs and rearranging it for a CSV upload into Salesforce. The initial array contains values that the rest of the data does not have, so when I search for a non existent value, I can skip the error.

    Of course vba COULD just implement try/catch statements and that'd be so much cleaner, but alas.

    I mostly kid about the last part. There will be frustrations but if your kiddos manage their emotions okay then these will be great games for them.

  • The bases and hot blocks are interchangable with that series. We recently upgraded to the Opus but our previous CFX96 had the T1000 touch base.

  • Top left is the CFX96/384, which is also a qPCR instrument.

    Bottom left is the 3500 Genetic Analyzer, as someone identified. It's used for sanger sequencing I believe. My last lab had one but I was never trained on it.

  • Unfortunately it seems that some people don't want to get rid of the 2 party system. Here in Colorado we voted no 55 to 45 to switch to ranked choice voting. I'm very disappointed by those results.

    Hand-based hobbies -playing music -cooking -woodworking -lifting weights, running, climbing -building dioramas/models -art (needle craft, drawing/painting, sculpting) -**casual video games **

    Mind-based hobbies -puzzles -fast paced video games -programming -learn a new language

    Those in bold are what I do. Also starting to learn art. It's one of the lowest barrier to entry hobbies. All you need is paper and a pencil.
