And if that was the main concern we would be incentivizing people building out their own solar with battery setups, but the plebs paying less for energy isn't the goal.
I think the main thing you are missing about OPs post is that when it came to reducing costs for consumers, pollution, and greenhouse gasses, building out infrastructure for electric cars wasn't a priority and was vehemently fought. Now that its about making a bunch of billionaires 5% wealthier, there is nothing that will stop the build out. Energy infrastructure is now a major priority and this time at the expense of consumers.
If you're selling a complete package you should probably tell people what the specs they're getting. But there's nothing about the software features either. Besides security what does the firmware and software offer?
I'm sorry, but it's a pretty big oversight to push the security aspect so hard that you don't say a single thing about the actual camera. Nothing on the functionality, specs, etc...
Yeah I fucking hate that movie. It feels like it made their horrendous behavior into a joke. None of it is funny in the context of reality. So glad to hear someone feels the same way about the movie.
Ideologies that require harming others do not have the right to be promoted. Nazis, the Confederacy, etc... It's illegal in the United States to call for the death of someone, it is considered assault to threaten the life of someone. But its not illegal to promote Nazism, which calls for the deaths of millions. And its not illegal to fly the flag of a traitor nation built on the idea that humans can be property and thus snuffed out at any moment by their owners.
And if that was the main concern we would be incentivizing people building out their own solar with battery setups, but the plebs paying less for energy isn't the goal.
