  • it's definitely more expected among various asian cultures. My city has a pretty large contingent of Chinese, Taiwanese, HKers, etc.

    I think it's an expectation that really SHOULD spread to everyone. Masking up when you're sick it an awesome idea.

    I can't help but think that killing the Canadian auto industry could end up being a net win, sonce the USA is going to be 10 years behind on EVs.

    Wikipedia has its problems, but 'balance' is not near the top of the list.

  • I'd never heard of premade dough powder. It might be something you can make yourself though. Pizza dough is just flour, water, salt, yeast. Optionally a little sugar, garlic powder, oregano.

    We do an overnight ferment then freeze the dough balls.
