Most of the things I horde that's legitimate are firmware for hardware. All too often I need the firmware and the hardware company had been bought and the new company shuts down the firmware.
Also a few images for soft targets so I can test metasploit ect.

For sas and sata only I have a LSI 9305-16i for my big server. The 9305 runs quite cooler, but you pay more upfront.
