  • I like the ritual of playing a vinyl, they require intention.

Second hand CDs are very cheap and much easier to rip.

I don't collect either but when I buy something I buy vinyl, they feel more like a physical object.

  • I have no idea what is called in English. I just work at a car park. Just above minimal wage, it pays my bills, finances my hobbies, is stable and once I'm out of the door at the end of my shift it is not my problem anymore.

  • A good kick in the balls fixes everything.

  • Where I live there's a refinery, about ten years ago they changed the burners on the tall torches for a new kind that burn apparently cleaner but they make a lot more noise. It is 6km away with no direct line of sight, the low pitch rumble makes some of the windows in my house rattle.

  • I've changed before, I could probably do it again.

  • I know, but that is not as rewarding as seeing them trip down a set of stairs on live tv or having one of their stunts go horribly wrong.

  • In a single month? Apprentice level skills of any trade. Learning to change a faucet, fix a lamp or adjust the length of a pair of trousers are skills that will pay off long term an maybe motivate you to learn more.

  • But all the people I want to kill is alive now, that is unfair.

  • They're old, but not that old.

  • Depending on what you consider natural and efficient.

If mining is natural there is some volcanic stuff that is nutrient rich. If by natural you mean organic, compost piles produce good fertilisers but they are not as efficient as some might say. They take quite some time to complete their process and get it's nutrients available for growing plants. Not being efficient doesn't mean they aren't good. They are a great way to dispose or organic material and even if compost releases its nutrients very slowly it contributes to the soil health in many other ways that I would say are more important, like increasing biodiversity, making the soil more resistant to changes in pH and facilitating retention of nutrients so they don't wash out with rain.

  • Actively, at the moment nothing. Well, maybe buttons.

Reluctantly, I have a weakness for typewriters, I like to fix them and I have what I consider way too many in the restoration queue.

  • I have some things planned for the community I manage once I get some more people participating.

  • I never understood these diagrams.

  • Depending on what you plan to grow you don't need to buy seeds.

Tomatoes, you can squeeze the seeds out of a tomato and they will grow (better if it is a variety that is not an hybrid).Garlic, each clove is a future plant.Potatoes, cut them in half or into quarters if they big, let the cut part dry overnight and plant them.

What else? Unless you're starting on a very empoverished soil, as others have said I wouldn't worry about fertilisers. If I needed it I would buy a 25Kg bag of NPK and that would last me for years in a small garden. Depending on where you live that could be a bit challenging to buy, I live in a rural area so that is easy enough to find.

  • I don't think I visualise the word. At the end of the word I still remember what word I wrote and how to spell it. In other languages the spelling part it is easier because they have spelling rules so if you know how a word is pronounced you usually know how to spell it.

I'm really confused by the question.

  • Fuck those bags of googly eyes, I want a bag of Gowron eyes.

  • La Traviesa (the naughty girl), or La Travi as the locals know it, is one of the most iconic places around here.

  • The only place I know is one called La Traviesa, in Torredembarra, Catalonia, northern Spain. I just checked and to my surprise there is a bunch of videos on youtube.
