I joined Lemmy back in 2020 and have been using it as @qaz@lemmy.ml until somewhere in 2023 when I switched to lemmy.world. I'm interested in systemd/Linux, FOSS, and Selfhosting.

  • I have been using Grist a lot and it has been working quite well. I don't like Python that much, but it's a lot better than the functions in Excell.

  • I checked the images and so far every image I've encountered linked to the users's lemmy instance's pictrs instance, none were hosted through a custom trackable image host.

  • Perhaps TS is not a terrible language for shell scripts after all

  • I just remembered I still have an old gmail address, I should probably change those things over to my new addresses.

  • I also privated some communities and they renamed them to some random characters instead.

  • Still not that great, I rely on the companion to redirect me to channels through YouTube.
