    Shit wouldn't be difficult to pass, it would be rare and disappointingly small. Loads of us, including me, go very high protein at the start of a very low carb diet to burn excess body fat, so I know how it is

    Once you add fat you might shit every few days and it's so easy that the pile of crap you leave in the toilet is surprising, as it feels like you passed nearly nothing

    There's not much science on this, just one from the middle of the 20th century where they were trying to treat constipation with diet, testing the new idea that fibre might work

    They found more fibre made more constipation, those prescribed no fibre had the least constipation
