  • It’s the wars? I support Ukraine in its war against Russia. I understand many people don’t want that to escalate to WW3, but tyrants like Putin only understand one thing. America has spent too much time fighting the wrong wars that it doesn’t know when it should fight the right wars.

    Speaking of wrong wars. The US should curb its unconditional support for Israel. Let’s see a change in leadership.

  • I think people will still “contribute” because they also don’t care that their use of certain platforms leaks data used to target ads at them.

    In the same vein though, once AI essentially destroys a site like Stack Overflow, where will AI companies source new training data with updated information? Also, we are likely to see something like 50% of content being AI generated. Are AI models then going to train on the content they themselves created? What is the impact of that? What is the use?

  • I’m between a medium and a large. More often then not though, I need the shoulder width and arm length of a large, but the cut in the torso of a medium. Clothing manufacturers assume Americans scale horizontally as they scale vertically. This maybe true given our obesity crisis.

  • Have people been keeping up on the news? Like privately Biden has been feuding with Netanyahu for months. It’s not like Biden is on board with what Netanyahu is doing. He’s been trying to change the course, but publicly attacking Netanyahu would have drawn a ton of fire from the right, which he was trying to avoid during the election season. It shocks me that people really think Biden is cheering this on.

  • Didn’t really try. Couldn’t get SteamVR working without lots of hacking. I ended up buying a smaller second hard drive and installing windows just for that use. Once I was done with that game, I haven’t booted into Windows since, as there is no reason to.
