  • There's so much information, misinformation, and random forum posts that using an search engine alone is hot garbage. And I'm not even talking about Google's zero-click bullshit. Even using other search engines will only get you so far, so fast. Stack Overflow ain't the resource it used to be, and even then, it was still rife with misinformation and noobs that didn't know what the hell they were talking about.

    The way I see it, there are two choices:

    1. Spend 30-60 minutes trying to find the information I'm looking for.
    2. Ask my Kagi agent to find what I'm looking for, give me the results in 1-2 minutes, and provide an intelligent list of options for my problem.

    I have morals and ethics. But, not everybody does, and that's why there's prior enforcement to make the punishment a deterrent for the crime.

    If there's no enforcement, there's no law.

  • Right, but the description, and by extension Beyonce herself, isn't indicating that this is a joke or some statement against fans mindlessly buying anything they produce. She legit wants her fans to spend $1000 on a box, and frankly the bad press costs more than the $450,000 she expects to get out of it.

  • In terms of murder, not every person is caught. But, enough of them are to deter the crime.

    In terms of "no AI" enforcement, it's not even a matter of perfection. It's not possible to enforce except for the dumbest attempts, especially without also using AI to detect it. And if that enforcement comes about, then the evasion starts, and it's hidden even further.
