I've met Gibby a half-dozen times over the years. He was dating my ex's best friend for a LONG time. There were good Gibby experiences and bad Gibby experiences.
One time, probably around 1995, I was backstage at Jannus Landing, when Club Detroit was still a thing, when he came to the greenroom. He opened the fridge, there was no beer, so he kicked the fridge over and poured out half a barrel of ice onto the floor above the bar. The water from the ice bucket dumped down onto the bartenders below. That was both a good and bad Gibby night...
At the same show, he was still doing the shooting beachballs with a shotgun loaded with rocksalt. He got the cops called on him for that. Maybe that's why he came upstairs pissed off. :)
The value of gold is not just in its scarcity, properties, luster, purity, etc., but also in the effort it takes to find or mine it. So, sure. Trip over a nugget and you're...golden.
The same concept can be loosely applied to the abstraction of crypto currency. It takes energy and computational effort to acquire if you don't just buy it.
I've had cats my whole life, starting at 2 or 3 years old. Your future kitty will have a good life, even if you are not WFH. Cats are more independent than dogs.
Keep your kitty fed, warm, clean it's litter, and be kind to it. Be patient with it when it inevitably does something frustrating to you - it's a cat, after all. Don't remove its claws - this is like removing your fingertips up to the first knuckle.
