We have a massive fountain at the Seattle Center that's meant for play, etc., but it doesn't have standing water. It's decorative and shoots jets many meters into the air. Totally get the concept... but she's doing it at night and in the nude.
I also get it's Jucika is just silly, but sometimes I like my comics to make at least a LITTLE sense.

They should not be allowed to price based on "uncertainty" - if the tariff increases by 15, the buyer should pay that much and no more. So, anyone who bought at the increased 20 dollar price should receive 5 back.
