That’s pretty funny and interesting. I didn’t expect the two explanations of attracting ants and supplying nutrients for the plants making them stronger. I was thinking it’s so chemical heavy that it kills off the insects. Interesting!
Sounds like it’s not your decision, you already made the decision when having unprotected sex.
The real question is how will this be for you and your relationship. As a young father I think you will have it better. You have the experience and (hopefully) financial stability that young parents don’t to make it a smoother experience. I have one or two uncles who had children at such an age and it when well.
Of course that does sound crazy to be 70 when they’re 18 but oh well. Young children keep you young ;)
I’ve never heard of that in the Japanese context but it seems it was adapted by the court from the Chinese system, as everything was.
That’s part of what makes the lunar calendar so confusing. I don’t think this is used in Japan anymore. Maybe in some religious tradition? But I doubt it.
It is interesting! Thanks for sharing
Wiki recommends learning this “song” to use the terms more easily:
Rosemary’s cutest habit is somehow getting on top of doors in the house and yelling until I come help her down.
Fafa’s is bum rushing any closet that’s opened and digging down into the deepest spot to sleep. Then waking up at 3am wanting to get out waking our young child.
Chaplin’s cutest habit is being the scariest cat ever whenever anyone gets near him especially the vet, but being the biggest baby that needs his mama to cuddle him everyday.
If you’re a goofball you may follow the Masonic year plus 4000 calendar but I think that was fundamentalist Christian inspired by an ignorant literal reading of the Bible
When I was living in Japan I followed the Japanese year because it’s commonly used. In China, everyone used the lunar calendar much more than is recorded. Especially 40s and older people use it for every holiday including birthdays. 20s-30s year olds might do western. It constantly messes with me because it’s not stuck with the solar calendar.
I understand that but your posts are really depressing. Everyone is worried about another aspect of Sino-American governance. I’m not saying it isn’t warranted, I feel to too, but 禅系一点.
