Okay, so her reasons for putting this forward are because she is a grown woman with a Sky Daddy.
But she's right, in this case, for two reasons.
IMO as an engineer seeing how casually and quickly we are putting increasingly capable AI shit into fucking everything ... some regulations to control things like weather modification, geoengineering, and godlike intelligence are a pretty good idea.
She does not seem to realize that dumping gigatons of CO2 into the atmosphere very much counts as "geoengineering"
