I agree and this resonates - but I'd still choose AMD in a heartbeat, Intel has lost all and every confidence that they do security correctly and it's only since the 5000 series AMD has..."issues". We've got a relatively big pool of various devices and the 3000 series ones are basically flawless.
However, especially ASUS has no right to cry about AMD, as they don't seem to be able to fix simple bios errors either.

Synthetic fuels are viable (in some countries you are already able to buy them), many countries around the world still subsidize oil production - stop thhose subsidiaries, put them in Synthetic fuels, make splitting a part of the co2 that's being pulled from the air mandatory and we've solved a lot of issues, because now there not only an alternative, there a solution for getting co2 out of the atmosphere.
Porsche does it, Neste (not to be confused with Nestlé!) as well, CAC started the pilot production as well...it works, it's viable, it's not that much more expensive and most countries have some form of co2 tax on products made from oil anyway.
Ban fossile fuels after 2030 and fuck all those greedy oil companies sideways.
Siberia isn't the permafrost melting - those emissions correlate to known Oil and Gas Wells, that mostly have been just left open, so that they can be used easily again. Melting permafrost is still releasing relatively little.
