    I’m currently building my business to be platform agnostic.

    For the most part I’m using open source for everything that can be.

    Bow that I think of it, the only non-open source stuff I use are zoom, outlook (need it for shared inboxes), and my payment processor. I doubt I will move on from these platforms as their value is really good. Zoom is the only one I may transition away from from as costs grow.

  • To be fair, Apple hardware typically lasts for a long time. My wife has a 5 year old m1 air and we have no plans to replace it anytime soon.

    We have been out the past few hours working and she went from like 50% to maybe 30-40% in that time.

    One of my ride share drivers had basically a 13” android tablet instead of the stock radio in the car 😂

    It was all hooked up to the car to act as a legit part of the car.

  • Does anyone actually like... talk to extended family/relatives? Like an active effort to maintain relations and not just because of forced family gatherings?

  • I’m an extrovert, but my extended family is weird.

    Most of them have problems, so I prefer to avoid them.

    The one family unit that does that have those problems is very nice, but they are strange. I recently talked to my brother about it and he gets the same vibe from them.

    But my immediate family is awesome! I talk to my mom, dad, brother, and sister weekly and I’m approaching my 40s.
