  • I also had all the Pebble, and technology has come a long way since.

    The incoming Pebble revival uses the nRF52840 chip, which they estimate the battery life to around 30 days, from the usual 7 days.

    I settled on something a bit more classic, I bought a Casio GBD-200 which has bluetooth connectivity, can display basic notifications and do some step counting. It works on a CR2032 battery that lasts about 2 years, no recharge needed.

  • Born in the 80s, when I started playing video games around 6 they kept me on games adequate to my age until I reached high school.

    After that they mostly let me play whichever game I wanted, the only conditions were that I had to get enough sleep (and if I didn't, not to complain that I was tired in the morning) and have good grades.

My worry is that there aren’t a lot of women who have that drive to pursue their partners in an assertive manner.

    I've been with my wife for almost 15 years, and we see eachother and equals, with our distinctive strengths and weaknesses. It feels natural from this point of view to equally desire eachothers, and to seek to please the other one. Don't worry, you'll eventually find the one.
