  • Our small mail server is doing OK. Incoming spam is an issue but not a massive problem. Outgoing spam doesn't exist. Once a year the IP ends up on the Microsoft blocklist but using the deliverability form to submit mitigation requests is easy enough and takes half a day or so to sort out.

I'm looking forward to seeing what the Thunderbird team does with Stalwart.

That reminds me I've been meaning to spin up a server, install Stalwart and test it out.

  • How does this help with something like a mail server for a small org? Honest question.

  • Wet food from the sink goes in the compost.

  • That thing looks the killer in a horror movie franchise.

  • There is news here about what Thunderbird is working on, one being webmail. It's just that this has nothing to do with Mozilla afaik.

  • These Thundermail articles posted today seem to be misleading.

Afaik Mozilla isn't doing anything with Thunderbird as Thunderbird operates under another entity called MZLA.

Also Thunderbird has been financing itself through donations and isn't trying to compete with Gmail but is taking direction from its users and developers.

The articles seem to have taken some quotes out of context in order to fashion some news headlines.

  • I was about to throw up.

  • Not the news I was ever expecting to hear about but there you have it.

  • For anyone using KDE check out Karousel for something similar.

  • One step closer to the AI spacecraft and habitats in Iain M. Bank's Culture novels.

  • Israeli?

  • Is this a pop culture reference, common saying or something else?

  • Is watching LOTR Extended editions a Christmas tradition in your fam also?

  • I wonder if this means SteamOS will never see general release.

  • Lwaxana episodes are great.

  • Gives new meaning to 'Say hello to my little friend'.

  • I think this is a limitation of Android that cannot be overcome.
