The last I heard was on NPR and that some European companies are still blocking it from happening there. I could be wrong and things may have changed. I will see if I can find a source.
No, I'm sorry but those kiosks are horrible ideas. All of those places have food that you are expected to eat with your hands. You think phone screens are gross? Try a public touch screen. I have yet to see anyone other than myself wash their hands (or even just use hand sanitizer ffs) after or before using one of those kiosks. They are likely responsible for who knows how many infections.
All of that is ontop of making what should be a 20 second interaction into (at times) multiple minutes even for someone that knows how to operate/navigate them as they constantly try to needlessly upsell things while forcing you to move your hand across the entire height of the thing to make sure you spend the maximum amount of time being advertised to. They need to go away.
I have to be frank here - no matter how cool this story may be, I was unable to make it very far because of the poor (read: complete lack of) capitalization and punctuation. It might be a me problem, but these things combined with it being a screenshot made this impossible to read without a headache.
I imagine that there are hundreds of swf files! The only way to make it really work is to maybe reconstruct the site locally by hand, and that would need a super fan with all of the free time in the world to accomplish, even with some community help. The creators may have a complete true backup, but as far as I know, it hasn't been released.
It probably has been by someone since it is all on YouTube now, and I think they have revived the site to most of the old functionality (I could be wrong, I'd need to be on PC to really check). The things that YouTube can't preserve is the stuff like the mouse over Easter eggs etc.
I would absolutely love for freeCAD to have complete feature and usability parity with MasterCAM, but it isn't even kind of close to usability or functionality to the major corporate offerings.
