  • I did too, actually. I don’t know why it popped into my head immediately reading “AI movie”. Maybe the animation?

Now I kind of want to watch it again.

  • It’ll probably be a sequel to Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within

  • fuuuuuuuuuuuck

Guess we're all in this together then, right?

  • So we either get Republican leaders who want everyone to suffer, or democratic leaders who only want others to suffer.

    I quit earth.

  • Forever my life. It’s 3am and I still can’t sleep.

  • Brilliant breakdown. I love this.

  • The irony for me, is that “Satan” only committed two offenses to god: he gave knowledge to humans about what’s real, and opposed god.

Regarding the first one, Satan couldn’t have done that without it being god’s plan.

The second one is rational, since god flooded the earth and killed everything because he was a jealous, angry god.

How did Satan become synonymous with evil? Seems like he was the only one doing anything good.

  • It’s gotten a lot worse lately. It seemed like it was an occasional thing, then it got posted on Lemmy, and now it’s all I see lol.

  • Exactly. That's why I tend to always stick to the Fediverse, even when newer, trendier options pop up (like Bluesky).

  • As someone who ditched Reddit a couple of years ago in favor of Lemmy, I feel a bit vindicated. I thought my "dump Reddit" mentality was maybe unjustified, but... here we are. No regrets.

  • Oh this is nice. Thanks for sharing!

  • Ouch.

  • This literally just happened to me. Cylinder misfire. Fml.

  • Currently using Arctic for iOS. I was using Voyager for a while, but the Arctic dev (devs?) are so good about bug fixes and adding new features, I had to switch.

  • Well, there goes my retirement.

  • You know it's bad when Rupert Murdoch's corrupt ass chimes in.

  • Ah, I see what you're saying. Under normal circumstances, I would suggest to new users to signup on the "flagship instance", but in Lemmy's case… nah.

To be perfectly honest, I'm not certain what content I'm not seeing because, well, I haven't seen it 😅. Some instances seem to do a good job of only blocking content from notoriously bad sources.
