  • Zen, a heavily modified firefox. A different design paradigm than every other browser, which I personally like. Easy hot keys, runs on any OS, lots of customizability.

  • Thanks! I took a look at the studie and it's "citations" and "cited by" articles. Sounds promising! I've got dementia / AD in the family, pretty sure I'm next in line in about 50 years. I've never heard about the topic but it seems pretty rigorously researched!

    I climb, but not very often. Time to get the running shoes out and start getting some regular exercise in again.

    Weight lifting can get stolen for all I care, I hate it 😂 But we have a forest exactly 3 minutes walk away, so time to get out in nature again!

  • I wouldn't say isolationist as I believe communities supporting each other, trading with each other and collaborating is key to making this world liveable for all. I just don't believe in foreign military operations doing anything accept asserting dominance and a show of power, and seeing as that was the sole reason "we" were in the middle east and all the meddling that the west has done both military and politically in the global south and the middle east is a blatant invasion of the sovereignty of other people.

    Friends and family of mine have been / are in the military or military police, and I'll gladly tell them the same. You can be intelligent and educated, but at the end of the day you rent out your morals and sovereignty to some authority other than yourself.
