  • I doubt even the max number of USB 1.1 devices per bus can hold the size of current Wikipedia. (Quick Google shows ~4TB usb3.2 drives. And 127 individual devices. Gives you Max 508TB. In 2023 the size of everything in Wikipedia was ~430TB. )

  • Or scrape my ass across their damned dispenser.

    Fuck that noise.

  • Maybe not entirely, but a little strawberry on a shit banana split

  • Yeah, you're gonna have some really stale popcorn if you wait till consequences are actually happening.

  • But one you can underpay and abuse because they are excited. The other has a lot better idea of what they'll accept and will leave when it's not worth it anymore.

  • Perfect, we can now detect at what level to hold the populous so they'll keep working, and not revolt.

  • A proper race car. They are all of these things, but damn are they good looking.

  • Sounds awful like a complaint to me. Get him boys.

  • Used a version of this in a company email the other day. Was nice.

  • The thing about the rich leaving is.... It doesn't matter if they do. What actual work do they do to produce the profits? Absolutely fuck all.

Imagine for a moment that all billionaires suddenly left the county. They'd effectively be abandoning their properties, which so long as progressive policies are in place, wouldn't create a power vacuum where another rich asshole steps in and does the same or worse than the last one.

WE are the producers. Implement progressive policy, make work more fair and everyone except the leaches (ownership leaches, not the disabled) benefit.

Again, as you stated, progressive policy is the way to first, make the leaches leave, but also make the leaving not further destructive to society as a whole.

  • I recall a lawsuit a while back. Political affiliation is not a protected group, so yes we "can".

Hard part is, we can't prove who voted for whom. (And rightly so)

  • Yeah that's just stupid freeway design.

  • Not hard, he's pretty damned fat.

But I call bullshit if you could make out his hands.

  • There is never a reason to hug the passing lane(s).

If you're actively passing then it's not hugging.

If you're not actively passing then GET THE FUCK OUT OF THE LANE!

  • The most dangerous times for a plane, are when that plane is close to the ground but not on it stationary.

    IE landing and takeoff.

  • Easy, they'll deem them not churches, and tax the shit out of them.

  • Missing the frames where they shell out their own $$ to get it into that book that's locked away.

  • Part of the function of the lock should be to indicate of forced entry.

Sure they could attack a window, but then you know something happened.

A magnet attack on a smart lock usually leaves no indication of bypass. So you still think everything is as you left it, untill you need that one thing and it's gone.

Of course this is more for specific targeted attacks, but still, if you report to insurance that things are missing and they ask if you locked the door, but then there's no indication of forced entry. How likely are they to pay out, or keep you as a client?
