i want to find new music, but idk how so i settle onto a few albums and playlists for my locally saved music. these days i tend to listen to the radio more, but even then it's not that diverse and i don't/can't find them again even if i hear something i enjoy from the radio.
i kinda worded it poorly. the primary reason they say that is because one may bump into others or lose balance and fall down. and there's usually stairs that can be used instead if one wants to walk.
there aren't many 'piracy meme' shitposts but info wise it seems to be good enough. the community is quite friendly and questions are well answered too.
if your instance gets defederated, or goes down, you lose everything on it
well not really, like you can still find plenty of stuff from lemm.ee on other fediverse instances. it's mostly only text as the media's not copied usually though
