When this whole 'training' trend started a few years ago, there were companies offering image and video labelling services.
It turned out they were mostly sweatshops in low-income countries, where people sat in front of monitors and just dragged boumding boxes around sections of images and picked from an icon menu. Here's a car, here's a person, here's an apple. That sort of thing. You didn't even need to know how to read or write.
Of course, the quality was questionable, so they needed a second layer of supervisors verifying the choices. But even with that, the cost was way lower than having an engineer or QA person do it. IIRC, there was a bit of hue and cry when stories came out of big tech companies supporting sweatshop conditions.

It got pigeonholed into IoT world, but it's a pretty decent event pubsub system. It has lots lf security/encryption options, plus a websocket layer, so you can use it anywhere from devices, to mobile, to web.
As of late last year, RabbitMQ started suporting it as a supported server add-on, so it's easy to use it to create scalable, event-based systems, including for multiuser games.
We used to have the same problem. Years ago, a relative recommended a Miele canister-style. They were pretty pricey, but took a chance. It could practically pull the floorboards up (fortunately, the power level is adjustable). It lasted forever.
Replaced it with the same brand. Apparently, some models are now made overseas and use cheaper components, but the higher-end models are still made in Germany. Totally worth it.

We spent the whole day cleaning my elderly mom's plant-filled patio. Pressure-washed, repotted, and pruned everything. Even got the little cherub fountain working.
Use a small wine or cocktail glass to make the hole. Rotate slowly on top of a wooden cutting board. Much easier and looks nicer.
Whole wheat bread works great.
Cover the pan with a glass pot lid to control the heat. Flip as soon as the egg is opaque. Don't worry, it keeps cooking. Otherwise, the bread cooks much faster so you end up with either burnt bread or overcooked egg.
Dabs of butter on both sides make the bread golden brown and crispy.
Also good with slices of avocado and your choice of hot sauce. Or if going sweet, cooked peaches and maple syrup.
If using pyenv to support multiple python versions, when creating venvs, make sure to pass --copies to it.

Ordinarily, venv uses symbolic links back to the current version of the python binary. A lot of tools and IDEs don't traverse symbolic links. That flag actually copies the real binaries over to the venv.
This avoids a metric ton of hard-to-diagnose misery later on.
Embedded portable device with a teeny ARM processor. Sadly, no room for linux anything or even an RTC. Every time it connected to a phone, the phone would set its clock so the timestamps were somewhat close to being accurate.
However, if you swapped out the AAA battery and DIDN'T connect it to the phone at least once, all your subsequent readings would go back to zero epoch and would be forgotten 🤷🏻♂️
Worked on a project where devices just magically froze, but only during the month of February!
Turned out the people who had written the firmware had decided to do their own time math to save space and had put in an exception in the code for leap year values. Except instead of February 29th, it kicked in for the whole month. And the math was wrong so you ended up with negative values.
The product was due for launch in March of that year and was headed to manufacturing. It was by sheer luck that someone ran a test on February 1st and caught the problem.
