In Switzerland we have sensors in the streets at most crossings. And behind it I assume, is a determinate algorithm whoch decides who has green for how long. This mainly is done to avoid the backing up of one crossing into another.
I still remember the soup standing ontop of the grave of the boy that didnt want to eat and so he just died. Also how thin he was in the last drawing of him. It was haunting.
Havent heard about this either. But I live in Switzerland, so I'am quite confident the newssites and agencies were occupied with covering all the shit that went down during inauguartion and the few days before and after it. Plus our Europe and National and Regional news. So I am not really surprised to missing it.
I mean you can probably support all the creators you like in other ways: Buying merch, donating onetime, signing up for a patreon, subscribing to nebula (if they are on there), ...
In the country I live in, switzerland, I will rent probably my whole life and I am ol with that. And also my SO is quite a bit shorter, so we cannot just buy and install an extra tall kitchen.
Not OP but the first three things I already experienced today were: Knee and backpain, standing out in a crowd, needing to slightly bend down vor everything in most standard kitchens.
I have a stick dangeling on my keychain too, also in heavy use. But due to my Mac-Friends i need one with usb-c.
So I settled for this:
The hinge is still holding on since almost a year. Also have two of those:
But they seem a lot cheaper, flimsier and I probably got ripped off by a dropshipper.
Havent benchmarked them, if anyone knows of a comparison as good as this one for "dual" usb sticks, let me know!
Wow, Sync seems almost too good to be true, as they are significantly less expensive.
Have you experience with it? Are there any drawbacks? Slow speeds or bad integration into Windows Explorer?
I mean there are chinese spies in europe, which suppress, bully and sometimes even kill chinese journalists who have fleed (?) to europe. And thats not even a conspiracy theory, there were investigative journalists who have uncovered this in several countries.
So I'd say that china is reeealy close to that villain line
